Please note, at this time, only admins can create cards on Float. If you are a spender or manager, you can request spending to get a card created!
Physical Cards will not ship until you set your shipping details and set your card PIN. PIN setting prior to shipping is required for CAD card orders only.
Ordering a new physical card
Ordering physical cards is easy and they can be shipped directly to John Spender's office or home address anywhere in the world [Exceptions]. Here is how you can do it yourself!

Head over to the Cards page

Click "Create Card"

Fill out the card limit and other details and press "Create"
Setting Shipping Details for Physical Cards
Once a card is ordered, the cardholder will get an email to set their shipping details and PIN number (for CAD cards) to complete the card order. Click the button in the notification to be redirected to the new physical card and follow the prompts to complete the order!
Shipping information cannot be changed once set. More info on shipping timelines can be found HERE.
Administrators can also continue with the card creation flow to set shipping details themselves.
Setting a PIN
Cardholder (spender):
If you are a spender, you will receive an email or slack message notifying you of a new physical card being assigned to you. Click the button in the notification or log in to Float and navigate to cards > physical > {specific card}, and follow the prompts to set your shipping details and PIN for the new card.
Administrator:
Within your Float account, navigate to cards > physical > {specific card}, and follow the prompts to set shipping details and PIN for the new card. The PIN can be changed once the card is delivered and activated! Read more HERE.
And just like that, your order for a physical card is complete!
