Reply to SMS transaction notifications with a photo of your receipt or text +1 (888) 503-5628 from the phone number on your Float user profile.
Receipts sent from a number not associated with your Float user profile will not be uploaded successfully. To change the phone number on your user profile, see: Updating the phone number on a Float user profile
Receipts that are sent within 10 minutes of a transaction are automatically connected.

If you forward receipts from the email linked to your Float account, you can send receipts to receipts@floatcard.com, as our system recognizes your email and matches the receipt to your receipts inbox.

An emailed receipt must be attached or in the body of the email. If the receipt is found at a link in the email, please take a screenshot of the receipt and attach it to the email before forwarding it to us.
Multi-receipt uploads are not supported through email forwarding, so please forward one receipt at a time.
Email your user-specific receipt address
If you have multiple Float user accounts with identical (or unified) email addresses, need to send receipts from a different email or have sent receipts to receipts@floatfinancial.com but they aren't appearing in your receipts inbox, you’ll need to use your account-specific receipt forwarding address.
You can find your personal forwarding email address in Float at Cards > Receipts page and copying the address listed in the "Forward Receipts" box.
