If you are missing a receipt, this may be creating problems in using your Float card such as automatically pausing it due to Submission Policies set up by your company.
This feature cannot be turned "off"; It is highly suggested that you first reach out to an Administrator regarding marking a receipt as lost or missing in Float, to ensure this process aligns with your company's policy.
In the event your receipt is lost or missing you can follow the guide below:
- Login to your Float account
- Open Transactions Tab
- Locate and select the transaction with the missing receipt (Indicated with a transparent receipt icon)
- Under Receipt Subheading - Click on Receipt Options
- Choose one of the options from the drop down menu (Receipt Lost or Receipt Not Provided)
Please ensure that no other required information is missing from your transaction to be marked as non-compliant. If your card was automatically paused due to non-compliance, you will be able to use your card again if your number of non-compliant transactions is below the threshold set by an Administrator.
Note: Float strongly recommends that you upload the receipt whenever possible. You can always re-upload a receipt once marked as lost (if found) and you can use our mobile text feature to simply take a photo and share the receipt via text message.
