If you are not receiving emails from Float, there are a few things we can check to get you back on the right path.
- Please ensure you have checked your email is spelled correctly in your Settings > Profile.
- Confirm that your email provider is not blocking Float's emails. You can use the hyperlinked resources below to verify if this may be the error you're experiencing in your email provider:
- You may not be receiving an email if an administrator has turned off notifications on the Float settings: Administrators can Manage Float Notification Settings.
- A new employee email account was created after their Float account was created. If this is the case, please reach out to Support@floatfinancial.com.
Note: If you have previously received emails from Float, but have recently stopped receiving them, please make a note of the last email you received, along with the date and timezone before contacting Support.
