If you are not receiving emails from Float, there are a few things we can check to get you back on the right path.
- Please ensure you have checked your email is spelt correctly in your settings > profile.
- Please ensure your email provider is not blocking Float's emails! You can learn how to check this here!
- An admin has turned off notifications on the Float settings. Manager your Float notification settings here
- A new employee email account was created after their Float account was created. If this is the case, please reach out to support with the email below.
If you have previously received emails from Float, but have recently stopped receiving them, please make a note of the last email's date, time and timezone you got before contacting support.
