All physical cards are subject to a processing time of up to 5 Business Days.
Within Canada:
It takes approximately 5-10 business days for Float to send a physical card to destinations in Canada.

United States:
It takes approximately 5-15 business days to receive a physical card in the United States.

Anywhere else:
Delivery for Physical Cards outside of Canada or the United States can take up to 21 business days after the 5 business day processing time.
Card Status and Tracking Information
When a physical card is created, it will appear as “Issued” on the Cards page in Float. After the card ships, its status will change to “Shipped,” and Float will email you once it has shipped.
At this time, only Replacement Cards are issued a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number, and your card has not been received after the full processing + delivery timeframe, please use the steps here to reach out to Support for further assistance: Card Didn't Arrive When Expected

Card Didn't Arrive When Expected
If your card hasn't arrived after the expected processing and delivery timeframes listed above, please reach out to support@floatfinancial.com to report a missing card and request a replacement with following information ready:
- The full name and email of the Cardholder
- Provide the address that the card was shipped, as well as the address that you would like a replacement shipped to:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Street address
- Unit or apartment number
- City and province
- Postal code
- Indicate if it’s a residential or business address
3. Card Ordered Date
Knowing when the card was ordered helps us check where it is in the shipping process.
Once we receive the above information, our team will follow up quickly and send a replacement if needed.
