All physical cards are subject to a processing time of up to 5 Business Days.
Within Canada:
Delivery for Physical Cards within Canada can take up to 5 business days post-processing.
United States:
Delivery for Physical Cards to the United States can take up to 10 business days post-processing.
Anywhere else:
Delivery for Physical Cards outside of Canada or the United States can take up to 21 business days post-processing.
When a physical card is created, it will appear as “Issued” on the Cards page in Float. After the card ships, its status will change to “Shipped,” and Float will email you a tracking number. Any delivery preferences, such as text updates or post-office delivery, must be managed directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number sent to the email associated with your Float account.

Card Didn't Arrive When Expected
If your card hasn't arrived after the expected processing + shipping timeframes listed above, please reach out to our support team to report a missing card and request a replacement with following information ready:
1. Card owner's name and email
2. Complete shipping address
Full name
Phone number
Street address
Unit or apartment number
City and province
Postal code
Indicate if it’s a residential or business address
3. Card Ordered Date
Knowing when the card was ordered helps us check where it is in the shipping process.
Once we get your details, our team will follow up quickly and send a replacement if needed.
