All businesses have one primary administrator. This is usually the same person that signed up on behalf of the business until this has been updated. Primary admins have complete control over a business account and so changing one requires a few steps to verify users and ensure your account is secure.
If a primary administrator is still with the company and has access to the email address tied to their Float account. Please email support@floatcard.com from the same email address you use to log in to Float with the following information:
- A copy of your government-issued ID
- Email address for the new primary admin
- Business name
If the primary administrator is no longer with the company, please email support@floatcard.com with the following information:
- Business name
- New primary admin’s email address
We will then reach out to the ultimate beneficiary owners (UBOs) identified during the KYB process and verify them in lieu of the existing primary administrator to make the change.
