Float does not store card details like PAN (card number), cv2 code or PIN in our own platform. When viewing these details or setting a PIN through the Float web application, we securely connect to our card-issuing partner to temporarily display them.
In rare cases, users may not be able to load card details or set a PIN due to their device's or local network's configuration preventing Float's connection to our card-issuing partner. This may result in difficulty with:
- Viewing PAN (Card Details)
- Viewing Expiry
- Viewing CVV
- PIN Setting Issues
If you encounter issues viewing card details or setting a PIN, please review the following with your business's IT team:
Ensure the following Internet domains are reachable from your browser:
- verygoodvault.com
- verygoodproxy.com
- verygood.systems
- widgets.marqeta.com
The following IPs should be unblocked/whitelisted:
- 52.6.216.177
- 52.7.148.215
- 52.72.130.32
Additional troubleshooting and configurations:
- Check if you are on VPN -- if so turn it off, and refresh the page
- If you are on a wifi network (for instance a corporate network), try loading the page while roaming on mobile data
- If none of this helps, check if your firewall is blocking the domain
