Float’s Accounting Hub lets finance teams review, automate, and export transactions at scale with a dedicated workspace for a fast closing experience.
Functionality Overview
Float's transaction export workflow makes closing your books simple. Navigate to Accounting > Transaction Export and follow three key steps:
-
- In the 'Confirm' step, you can view, update, and confirm transactions are ready for export.
- In the 'Ready for Export' step, select transactions to export to your accounting system.
- In the 'Export History' step, you'll see all successfully exported transactions.
The Transaction Export page will also allow you to use sorting and filtering to view transactions at a specific stage, click into individual transactions to update line item coding, and apply bulk edits using checkboxes. You can also export multiple transactions at once and customize your table view by selecting the fields and order that best suit your workflow.
