Float makes it easy to export your business's Card transactions. They can be exported via CSV for transactions not yet exported to your Accounting Sync or, if you don't use one of the supported Accounting Sync integrations.
How to Export Transactions in CSV:
- Log in to your Float account from login.floatcard.com
- Go to Accounting > Transaction Export
- You can export the transactions from the Needs Review, Ready to Export or Exported stage
- Check the transactions to export or select one transaction
- Select the "Edit" or "Bulk Edit" button
- Select the three vertical dots button to the right of the "Export" button > Choose the CSV to export your transactions to
Important Note:
- The CSV file will not download instantly. Large requests can take up to a few minutes to download
- Once the file is ready, you’ll receive an email and an in-app notification with a link to download the file
