A PIN, or your Personal Identification Number, is a private 4-digit code used to confirm that the individual presenting the card at a point of sale is the card owner. All physical Float cards have a PIN set at the time of creation or activation. Your PIN should never be shared.
Holders of CAD Float cards can view their card's current PIN through the Float web and mobile applications. Users cannot view PINs of cards issued to other users. PINs are not viewable for USD cards.

Viewing the PIN for a physical CAD Float card
A physical CAD Float card's PIN can be viewed from the Float web and mobile applications.
Viewing a PIN from the Float web application
- Log-in to app.floatfinancial.com
- Navigate to Cards > Physical > Click your card
- Above and to the right of the expiration date, click "Show PIN"
Viewing a PIN from the Float mobile app
- Open the Float app and log-in
- Tap the Cards icon in the bottom row or swipe horizontally to find your card
- Tap your card
- Tap "PIN"
