You may need to access card information to add a card to your mobile wallet or enter payment details for a subscription. We’ll walk you through the steps to view your own card or another user’s card details on the mobile and web apps (app.floatfinancial.com).
Please note: Spenders can only view their own card details, whereas Administrators can view any user's card details after completing elevated access.
Viewing your own card details
Your own Float card details can be viewed from the Float web and mobile applications.
Viewing your card details on the Float web app
Log in to app.floatfinancial.com
Navigate to Cards > click Virtual/Physical > select the card you want to view the details for
Navigate to the Billing Details section > click View Details
Your card's details will become visible

Log in to your mobile app
Click the Card icon at the bottom of the screen > select your card
Click Card Info > your card details will become visible
Viewing another user's card details (Administrators only)
Administrators can view the card details of any user in Float after completing additional authentication (aka elevated access).

Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I getting an error trying to view my own card details?
If your business hasn't completed the business verification process (i.e., Know-Your-Business), you won't be able to view your card details until verification is complete.

Why won't the card details load?
In some cases the configuration of your device or your local network might prevent the details from being retrieved from our card-issuing partner (Float does not store card numbers and other details directly in our system).
