Find Your Billing Address & Cardholder Name

The billing address for your online purchases is found on the card details page for your Float card. All Float users can navigate to the card details page by going to Cards > Physical/Virtual > {Specific Card}

Billing Address

Billing Name or Cardholder Name

Many merchants require you to enter a billing name or cardholder name at checkout when making purchases online.

Officially, the cardholder name associated with a Float card is the individual cardholder's name (e.g. Ethan Hunt). However, if you want to use your company name at checkout as the billing name to help with accounting or reporting purposes, you should be able to do so without the merchant declining the transaction.
