Information on how to set up Slack notifications for transactions and current limitations/why it might not be working for you.
Slack notifications for transactions can be set to go to anyone in the company. For example Primary Admin Y wants to see all purchases made from Spender X (or anyone on the account). They can set it up so the slack notification sends themselves (Primary Admin Y) a direct message with all transactions made by Spender X.
However, if Spender X has a phone number on his account, it will not work as the system will prioritise sending this person a text message about the transaction (so they can upload a receipt if needed).
At this time, there is no workaround for this other than removing the Spender X phone number from the account.
