How Do I Cancel a Card or Limit?

Once a card is terminated, it cannot be reactivated. Only Administrators will have the ability to cancel a card. 

Cancelling a Card

1. Visit app.floatfinancial.com on the desktop
2. Select "Cards" on the left sidebar
3. Select the card you wish to cancel
4. On the top right corner of the card page, click the button with three vertical dots 
5. Select "Cancel Card" from the dropdown menu
6. Enter the last 4 digits of the card and select "Cancel Card".  This cannot be undone.

Cancelled and will be visible at Cards > Archived section of the cards page. Transactions from cancelled cards will still appear on the Transactions page.

Cancelling a Limit

There's no need to delete the entire card in order to revoke a user's access to funds - you can cancel or reduce the card's limit instead. Both recurring and temporary limits can be canceled. 

To cancel a limit:

1. Navigate to Cards > Select the Card you would like to edit
2. Select the limit you would like delete
3. Click "Delete". This cannot be undone.
