Once a card is terminated, it cannot be reactivated. Only Administrators will have the ability to cancel a card.
Cancelling a Card
- Visit app.floatfinancial.com on the desktop
- Select "Cards" on the left sidebar
- Select the card you wish to cancel
- On the top right corner of the card page, click the button with three vertical dots
- Select "Cancel Card" from the dropdown menu
- Enter the last 4 digits of the card and select "Cancel Card". This cannot be undone.
Cancelled and will be visible at Cards > Archived section of the cards page. Transactions from cancelled cards will still appear on the Transactions page.
To cancel a card that has not yet been activated, please reach out to support@floatfinancial.com.
Cancelling a Limit
There's no need to delete the entire card in order to revoke a user's access to funds - you can cancel or reduce the card's limit instead. Both recurring and temporary limits can be canceled.
To cancel a limit:
- Navigate to Cards > Select the Card you would like to edit
- Select the limit you would like delete
- Click "Delete". This cannot be undone.
