Use the Cards page to view and manage all cards in your Float account. This article explains how to navigate the Cards page and Card Details page, and where to find key controls and card activity.

Cards Page
All Cards, My Cards and My Teams Cards

All Cards:
- Shows all of the cards for the business
- Only Administrators can access this view

My Cards:
- Shows all of your cards

My Teams Cards:
- Shows all cards belonging to or tagged to the Team(s) you are the manager of
- Only users who are assigned as the manager of a Team can access this view
Archived Cards
- Shows all historical cards that have been cancelled and are inactive
- Will show "Cancelled" in the Status column for the card
- Archived cards can be selected to view historical transactions on that card
Bulk Card Actions
Bulk locking cards:
- Log in to app.floatfinancial.com
- Cards > Use filters to locate the cards (optional)
- Select the checkbox beside each card you'd like to lock

In the bulk options menu at the bottom of the page, select "Lock Cards"
Bulk unlocking cards:
- Log in to app.floatfinancial.com
- Cards > Add Filter > Card Status > Locked
- Select the checkbox beside each card you'd like to lock
- In the bulk options menu at the bottom of the page, select "Unlock Cards"
Bulk adding limits to cards:
- Log in to app.floatfinancial.com
- Cards > Use filters to locate the cards (optional)
- Select the checkbox beside each card you'd like to add a limit to
- In the bulk options menu at the bottom of the page, select "Add Limit"
- Choose between adding a "Temporary Limit" or a "Recurring Limit"
- Enter the limit details > Select "Apply Limit"
Filters
- Filters are grouped logically, making it easy to find specific cards quickly
- You can filter by:
- Card Type: Physical or Virtual
- Cardholder: Name of the cardholder
- Card Status: Active, Inactive, Locked, Paused, Preparing Shipment, Shipped
- Currency
- Card Renewal Status: When expiring cards will be renewed
- Team
- Submission Policy
- Limit Type: Recurring or Temporary
- Limit Value Range
- Spend to Date Range
- Limit Utilization Range: The percentage of a card's limit that has been spent
- GL Code
- Custom Fields
Column Customization
Show or hide columns by removing the checkmark beside the column name, after selecting the settings icon on the right side of the page
Reorder columns by dragging them into place with the six vertical dots button beside the column name, after selecting the settings icon on the right side of the page
View Density
Adjust how much information appears on screen at once.
Choose between standard, compact, and high-density views by selecting the settings icon on the right side of the page
Card Details Page
To access the Card Details page for an individual card, navigate to Cards > My Cards (for cards assigned to you) OR All Cards > Select the card.
Explained below are all of the key details on this page - ensuring you can easily review the necessary information:
- Available Balance: The amount currently available to spend on your Float Card.
- View Card Details: Access the card number, expiry date, and CVC.
- Lock Card: Temporarily disable your card for security purposes. Once paused, only an Administrator can unpause it.
- Add New Limit: Select "Request Topup" to add a new spending limit or modify the existing one for your card.
- File a Transaction Dispute: Submit a dispute for a transaction directly through the platform.
- Review Submission Policy: Check the requirements outlined in the submission policy
- Transaction History: View and manage your past transactions.
- Limit Expiry: Keep track of when the temporary limits on your card will expire
