To further enhance the security of sensitive information and protect your business' funds, users must pass a Multi-Factor Authentication challenge when viewing another user's card details.
Logged-in Float users can view card numbers, expiry dates and CVV2 codes for their own cards by clicking "Show Details".
Card details for other users' cards can be viewed by Administrators (all users) and Managers (only users who report to the Manager) after passing a Multi-Factor Authentication challenge.
Viewing Card Details for other user's cards
Upon clicking "Show Details" on a card that is not their own, Administrators and Managers will see the message "Security Code Required. This operation requires elevated access mode, please select how you would like to receive a one-time security code".
Presently, the security code can only be sent to the email address to associated with the logged-in user's Float user profile.
- Click "Send Security Code" to receive a code via email.
- You will receive an email with the subject line "Elevated Access Request" including a 6-digit code
- Enter the code you received > click "Proceed"
