Learn how to protect your finances, report the incident, and prevent unauthorized transactions to ensure the security of your Float card.

The first thing you want to do when your Float card has been Lost Stolen or Compromised is to Pause your Float Card from the 'Cards' page on your Float account. These steps look different for Spenders/Managers and Admins.
Spender/Manager:
1️⃣ Spenders cannot pause their own cards! If you are a spender, you will want to reach out to your account administrator to Pause your card for you.
2️⃣ Once your card is Paused and you conclude the card is truly gone, you will need to Terminate/Cancel the old card and request a new card from your account Administrator.
3️⃣ In the event fraudulent transactions were made on the lost card, you can complete a transaction dispute after the card has been terminated through this page
Administrator:
1️⃣ Admins have the ability to pause any card! Please ensure you Pause the card that is lost, stolen or compromised immediately to avoid any authorized charges.
2️⃣ Once your card is Paused and you conclude the card is truly gone, you will need to Terminate/Cancel the old card and Create a New Card to replace the old one.
3️⃣ In the event fraudulent transactions were made on the lost card, you can complete a transaction dispute after the card has been terminated through this page
