Yes, we have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures in an effort to safeguard the personal information in our custody and control against theft, loss, and unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure.

We store information for 7 years based on requirements from our issuing bank, People's Trust. Our vendor that facilitates the ID verification (Persona) also stores the information in accordance with their privacy policy (https://withpersona.com/legal/privacy-policy) and they are SOC2 certified.
