Background
If you find yourself on this page, it's because we had a problem with your NetSuite connection. Usually, this happens because the Netsuite User who was associated with the configured Access Token was deleted or lost permissions. Using this guide, we will set up a new Access Token for the integration.
Open the Reconnect to Netsuite Form
This will automatically display at https://app.floatcard.com/settings/acc-integration if your Netsuite access token has been revoked.
Ensure a NetSuite User exists with Access to the Float Integration Role
When connecting to Netsuite initially, you created a Role for Float Integration, and you added that Role to a User (see detailed guide for reference). In Netsuite, ensure that the User to which you would like to grant an access token has access to the Float Integration role. You can verify this by navigating to the User page in Netsuite, and under the Access tab in the bottom navigation, verify the Roles attached to the user. If the user does not have the Float Integration role, Edit the user and add the role.
Create a New Access Token
Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New
For Application name, select the Integration you created when you originally set up the connection to Float.
For User, select your User
For Role, select the “Float Integration Role” Role that was created on initial setup.
Token Name will get generated automatically
Click save and do not navigate away from the page
Copy the Token Key and Token Secret, and paste them into the Float form
Submit the Float Form
If the access token was valid, the page will refresh and you will see your connection details again. You can continue using Float now with the confidence that the NetSuite connection has been restored.
