Before KYB verification is complete, your Float account will be active in a restricted mode. This allows you to explore the platform and manage basic settings, but financial tools and transaction-related features will be temporarily unavailable until approval is finalized.

While you wait for your Business Verification to be completed, here are some things you can complete on the Float website:

Until your business is KYB verified, you are not permitted to:
- Send or withdraw money
- Issue Physical cards, or use Virtual cards (CAD)

"I’m KYB verified but still can’t use the Reimbursements or Bill Pay functions, why is that?"
Bill Pay and Reimbursement services require a bit of extra approval time with our partners. Rest assured, we’re working closely with them to activate Bill Pay on your account as soon as possible.

"I submitted all of my Business Verification details, but I still have not yet been approved. Can we expedite the process?"
Our approvals team carefully reviews each business registration, and they’ll reach out directly if any additional information is needed. In the meantime, please be sure to check the email you used to register with Float regularly, as that’s where we’ll contact you with updates.
