After making a transaction with your Float card, you will be able to add in the required transaction details (such as a receipt, description, etc) through the Transactions page, the Float mobile app, or prompted email/sms link. Fields are required based on your assigned Submission Policy.
Editing Transactions through the Transactions Page:
- Navigate to app.floatfinancial.com
- Select "Transactions" from the left sidebar
- To edit and update an individual transaction, click the line item and populate all the required fields in the transaction summary pop up on the right side of the screen. All required fields will be marked with a red asterisk (*).
Editing Transactions the Mobile App:
- Select the transaction you'd like to add details for from the Home Page
- Populate all the required fields for the transaction
- Once all required fields are completed, you should see "Compliant" at the top of the transaction page
