Multi-Factor Authentication can only be reset by the primary admin from the Float app at this time. If you are a primary administrator for the business and you would like to reset MFA for a user, please navigate to:
- The 'Users' tab on Float
- Find the user who needs their MFA reset
- Click the 'Reset MFA' button
- Click 'OK' and the user will be prompted to reset their MFA on the next login!
Resetting MFA
If your primary administrator is unavailable or if you are the primary administrator, and you would like to reset your MFA for your account, please email support@floatcard.com with a copy of your government-issued ID from the same email address you use as your username for your Float account!
