This video shows how to upload receipts to Float using the mobile app. You’ll see how to add receipts right after a transaction and what options are available if a receipt is missing.
After you complete a transaction, you’ll receive a text or push notification prompting you to add a receipt.
Tap the notification to open the transaction, then select Add Receipt. From there, you can:
Take a photo of the receipt
Upload a receipt from your camera roll
Upload a file from your device
Mark the receipt as missing if it was lost
Uploading receipts right away helps keep transactions compliant and reduces the need for follow-ups later.
