If you are re-connecting Xero to Float after having previously made a connection, you may experience an error like the following:
In this situation, you should go into your Xero account and disconnect the Float application from your business. You can find this in Organization settings (https://go.xero.com/Settings/OrganisationSettings/), then click on “Connected Apps”.
On the “Connected Apps” page, select Float from the list and hit “Disconnect”. Under the options, choose “Other” and you do not need to write a description.
Once disconnected in Xero, please try reconnecting to Float within the Float App:
1. Go into Float App > Settings > Accounting Integrations
2. Click "reconnect"
