Once your team has put their budgets to good use, you can edit and categorize these expenses in Float!
As an administrator or a bookkeeper navigate to the 'Accounting' tab in the sidebar of your Float account.
- To edit and update an individual transaction, click the line item and populate all the fields in the transaction summary drawer at the bottom of the screen
- To bulk edit and update multiple transactions, search (or filter) for the transactions you want to update > select the checkbox for all (or the checkbox in the top right corner) > edit the GL Code, Tax Code, Vendor or other Accounting Fields for all.
