Admins have control over all transactional notifications that are sent to cardholders on Float!
In order to update your company-wide notification settings, head over to Settings > Business Notifications in your Float account.
Missing Receipts Notifications
When enabled, Float will automatically send a reminder to users via email (or Slack if slack is connected) notifying them of all transactions with missing information every 24 hours. The notifications will include easy-access links that allow spenders to upload missing information fairly easily!
Approved Transaction
Enabling this setting notifies spenders every time a transaction is approved on their physical cards. These notifications are sent via email, unless the user has a phone number on their account, in which case the notification is delivered via SMS. We strongly recommend enabling this setting to ensure users are alerted immediately of any unexpected activity on their cards.
Declined Transaction
These notifications function exactly like approved transaction notifications, except for declined transactions.
Card Assigned Notifications
Enabling this sends an email to the cardholder every time they have been assigned a new card. It prompts them to log in and complete the card order by entering shipping details and setting a PIN.
