How do card reloads work?

Float cards that have been created will reload weekly/monthly/yearly if the recurring option was selected initially.

The cards always reload on the following schedule:

• 1st day of the week if weekly reload 
• 1st day of the month if monthly reload
• 1st day of the year if yearly reload

You can also check the reload status of the card by clicking the specific card and taking a look at the bottom right corner.

If you need funds on your card before your reload date, you can request the admin/manager to change the limit temporarily instead of changing the reload schedule. 

Please note, you can not lower the limit of a card after it has gone past X spend amount. For example, if you have a $500 limit, and someone has spent $300 on the card, you can not change the limit of the card to $250 until the card renews back to the $0 amount.
