Uploading Bills
- Navigate to the 'Bill Pay' section.
- Drag and drop the bill file or upload it from your computer.
2. Email Forwarding:
- Each Float account has a unique email address for bill submissions, found at the bottom of the page in the Bill Pay section.
- Simply forward the bill to this email address, and Float will automatically process and upload it to the 'Drafts' section.
3. Auto-Forwarding:

Submitting Bills
1. Review and Edit:
- AI-Powered OCR Technology: Float uses AI-Powered OCR to extract key details from uploaded bills. Review the extracted information for accuracy.
- Edit if Necessary: Make any necessary changes to the bill details.
- Get Approval: Once reviewed, submit the bill for approval. The relevant approvers will be notified via email or Slack.
- Approval Sequence: Approvers can review and approve or deny the bill, ensuring proper oversight and compliance.
3. Schedule Payment:
- Select Payment Date: Choose a payment date for the approved bill. This can be done during the review process or once the bill is approved.
- Payment Confirmation: The bill will move to the 'Unpaid' section, awaiting the scheduled payment date.
