Confirmations for completed bill payments can be viewed or shared from the Bill Pay section of the Float web app.
- Navigate to Bill Pay in the sidebar on the left > navigate to the 'Payments' view from the top navigation bar.
- Find the Bill you want to obtain a payment confirmation for (bills are grouped by payment date and currency)
- Click on the three-dots menu
on the far right of the bill you want to obtain a payment confirmation for.
- Choose either "Share Payment Confirmation" or "Download Payment Confirmation" (Pdf)
Share Payment Confirmation
Choosing "Share Payment Confirmation" as outlined above will open a new browser tab displaying a sharable or printable confirmation of payment.
- Use the Print button in the upper-right corner to print the page
- Use the Copy button to copy a link which you can bookmark or share as desired.
- The blue payment status tracker will update automatically for payments in progress:
Download Payment Confirmation
Choosing "Download Payment Confirmation" as outlined above will save a PDF of the payment information and current status. To share the live status, use "Share Payment Confirmation" instead.
