Troubleshooting Card or PIN Settings Issues

This article addresses instances when users report issues with the following: 

1. Viewing PAN (Card Details)
2. Viewing Expiry 
3. CVV
4. PIN Setting Issues

For Float to function properly, the following Internet domains need to be reachable from your browser:

• verygoodvault.com
• verygoodproxy.com
• verygood.systems
• widgets.marqeta.com

Additionally, the following IPs should be unblocked/whitelisted: 

• 52.6.216.177
• 52.7.148.215
• 52.72.130.32

To verify whether this is the case, you should

1. Check if you are on VPN -- if so turn it off, and refresh the page
2. If you are on a wifi network (for instance a corporate network), try loading the page while roaming on mobile data
3. If none of this helps, check if your firewall is not blocking the domains
4. If applicable, talk to your IT department to make sure the aforementioned domains are whitelisted
