If a user is promoted as a manager in your HRIS, their role will not be automatically updated to a a manager role in Float.
The primary admin will get an email any weekday where we spot a "role mismatch" and ask them to upgrade that user's role to a manager IF they are currently a spender. If that user is an admin in Float already, they won't get notified since that person will have more than sufficient permissions to be someone's direct manager in Float.
