How are Suggested Users populated?

We sync with your HRIS daily and find users in the HRIS who don't have an account in Float (based on a direct email match).

We will add those individuals to the Suggested Users tab in Float. We will suggest users once they are added to your HRIS, even if their start date is in the future.

We will also suggest a role for them based on if they have direct reports in your HRIS. You can change their suggested role, and are also able to assign them to a team before you invite them to Float. You are able to invite users individually, or in bulk. If you have SSO/SAML set up, you will need to grant that individual access to Float through your SSO system.
