When spend is reassigned to a new person, will their historical spend get reassigned or will it appear under the original spender?

It will get reassigned and will no longer appear under the original spender. When you deleted the original user, you will have indicated that their cards and historical transactions should be transferred to a second user. At that point, any spending that was once allocated to them will be re-assigned to that second user.
