Sometimes we anticipate needing more money than we do; we get it!
You can easily withdraw excess funds back to your original bank account. On average, it takes 2-5 business days to process and transfer to the bank account you used to fund your cash balance.
To get the most out of rewards offered by Float, such as interest and cashback, as well as to ensure your card program is fully funded, we advise withdrawals only when necessary.
Withdrawals can be made from Float Cash accounts to the connected bank account ("funding source") of the same currency. Withdrawals cannot be made from Float Charge accounts.
Important Notes:
- Only Administrators can submit withdrawal requests
- You must have a bank account connected to Float for withdrawals to be processed
- You cannot withdraw funds via e-Transfer. If you use Interac e-Transfer to fund your account, you will need to connect your bank to Float and select a funding source to initiate a withdrawal. See: Connecting CAD Bank Accounts to Float / Connecting USD Bank Accounts to Float
- It's only possible to withdraw funds if your business has been KYB-approved. If you'd like to withdraw funds before being KYB-approved, please reach out to Float Support at Support@floatfinancial.com.
